Shishir is the head of the Alveo team, bringing with him an extensive background in software development. He holds an electrical engineering degree, advanced diplomas in software technologies from CEDTI, Mohali, as well as diplomas in management and post-graduate diploma in marketing management. With over 24 years of experience, Shishir has an impressive track record of working in Fortune 500 companies, building teams from scratch, and delivering successful results across various domains and technology stacks. His expertise is further reflected in numerous industry certifications such as PMP, TOGAF 9, PRINCE 2, Certified Scrum Master, MSP, ITIL, Six Sigma, SAFe Agilist, and Team Kanban. Additionally, Shishir is an avid reader and stays well-informed about current affairs.
Mahesh Patil

Mahesh holds a degree in mechanical engineering and serves as the technology champion and chief architect of the Alveo team. With 20 years of solid technology experience, Mahesh has a strong background in large IT MNCs and has delivered impressive results in the Microsoft stack. He plays a pivotal role in leading and guiding technical teams at Alveo and actively keeps himself updated on the latest technological trends. Among his industry certifications, Mahesh holds qualifications in TOGAF 9, ITIL, Certified Scrum Master, and various Microsoft certifications. Beyond his technical expertise, Mahesh is a certified Pranic healer and actively contributes to several NGOs to make a positive impact on the world.
Nidhi Tewari

Nidhi holds the position of associate architect and leads several project teams at Alveo. A dedicated technologist, Nidhi possesses the determination and hard work to turn any project around successfully. She holds a master's degree in computer applications and brings 16 years of rich technical experience to the team. Nidhi's passion for public speaking led her to complete a train-the-trainer course, and she holds industry certifications in TOGAF 9, PRINCE 2, certified scrum master, and Six Sigma. Apart from her technical prowess, Nidhi is an accomplished dancer and has proficiency in a few foreign languages.
